At Paul Law House, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable, and affordable delivery across India. Whether you’re ordering a law textbook, government manual, or reference book, we ensure a seamless shipping experience.
1. Shipping Locations
- We ship PAN India, covering all major cities, towns, and pin codes through our trusted courier partners (e.g., Ekart, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post).
- International shipping is currently limited. Please contact us for bulk or overseas orders.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During peak periods or new book launches, processing time may extend up to 3 business days.

4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: ₹40 to ₹99 depending on weight and location.
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (subject to offers).
- Shipping fees (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order in the My Account > Orders section on our website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pin codes.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for repeat cancellations or address issues.
7. Delays & Undeliverable Packages
- If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us. We will contact you for re-dispatch.
- Paul Law House is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please email us at [support@paullawhouse.com] within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the package and product
- We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
